• Contact data: phone number, e-mail address, city / country
• Customer transaction data: company name, requested products, files submitted and message contents
• Transaction security data: IP address and technical logs relating to use of the website

• Carrying out sales and supply processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the quote and contact forms on our website, and via e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp.

6. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorised public authorities, to the hosting, e-mail and information technology service providers we work with, and to our business partners to the extent necessary for product supply.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to any result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
